What this site is

StarWire is a single-tenant monitoring desk operated for one client. There is no signup, no ad network, and no analytics tracker on this site. Visitors who are not the client can read this page and the front page; everything else requires the client login.

What we store about the client

• The account email address, used for magic-link sign-in.
• Authentication session cookies while signed in.
• A push-notification subscription, if the client enables notifications.
• The client's watchlist and read-state inside the app.

What we store about visitors

For security and operations, the application keeps a request log: the page requested, timestamp, IP address, approximate location (country and city), browser user agent, and referring page. Log entries are deleted after 30 days, are visible only to the client, and are never shared or sold. Requests also pass through Cloudflare and Vercel, our infrastructure providers, which process IP addresses to serve and protect the site under their own policies. Page typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives standard font requests.

What the desk monitors

The desk aggregates publicly reported information about public figures from public sources, with the source named on each record. It stores no private communications and no data about site visitors.
